I got both the orders in exactly 14 days and that too with free shipping…where as there are sites within India which do not deliver products so quickly…even after charging separately for the shipping and handling.
Here is the order status as was shown on site after the purchase..
They do show the dispatched time,date and the picture of the parcel..and here is the old one which is always shown in your account..all your orders till date are mentioned there with details.
You save 0.1 $ for the additional quantity if you buy 2nd product together.

In my previous post I did say that my 88 warm palette was broken and sent them the mail with the pics..They did reply the next day and gave me two options:
1. Either they would give me full refund or replace the palette if I send them the palette back.
2. Or they give me a partial refund of 4 $ if I do not send them the palette back.
Now there was always a risk of the new palette getting damaged again..plus the shipping cost..so I chose partial refund and got 4 $ refunded. So in short got the palette for 6 $ :p which is like an awesome deal..and I love the rest of the colors in it..
And yes you can get discount too.. If you buying for the first time you can use my name in the recommendor option at checkout i.e ‘bhumika_t’ and get 5 % discount…plus you also get 10% discount using the coupon code ‘10%eBay110’ i,e you can get 10% discount always using this code and if you purchasing for the 1st time you can get 15% discount using both !!
So overall the experience was nice both the times..I love the site for its rates and free shipping plus fast delivery and always got replies.

glad you got your parcel on time. i placed an order in mid april. didn’t receive yet.when i protested they re-confirmed address.when i checked back in a week they wanted to know if i want a refund or re-order !! i regret buying there 🙁
