I recently shopped at buyincoins again. Many of you know this site now…especially after I got my 120 color palette from there in December. I had ordered it on 8th Dec 2010 and got it on my birthday 22nd Dec 2010..i.e it took exactly 14 days to arrive.
This time too I placed the order on 20th May 2011 and got it today i.e 3rd June 2011..again exactly 14 days.
The products were nicely packed and had perfect packing. I had told them to be extra careful with the packing this time but then too I had to face this. And it had FRAGILE and HANDLE WITH CARE written on it too
So far I have had good experience with the site,products and delivery. But there is a hitch this time.
Last time 2 of my eye shadows out of the 120 were broken which was still ok..coz usually 1-2 are always broken with all. But this time I got the 88 pro color warm palette and out of the 88,almost 12-13 eye shadows were broken :((
I was really disappointed and sad seeing this..I have mailed them and sent the pics of it…hoping for some positive reply. I sooo loved the colors in it but seeing it completely smashed at the corner I became sad.
The other 2 things arrived perfectly. I got the 15 color concealer palette and the mascara guard which would make applying mascara very easy and you need not waste any visiting cards now for applying mascara :p
So overall this time not so good experience…though I would update you with the reply I get and if some thing happens.
But I think this was not their fault as they did pack properly. I do not know what goes wrong in shipping.
So you guys can still try your luck and purchase from the site..coz it has real nice and cheap products plus free shipping..for which charges on Ebay are so high for the same products.

Love the palette.Too bad they got crushed.You should demand a replacement.Just because they offer free shipping does not mean they will send damaged goods specially when it’s all they can do.
