The Body Shop Facial Buffer Review

February 9, 2011 By: Bhumika

I think even this is owned by majority of the bloggers here..and if not..rush to get it :p

What the Company claims : A gentle exfoliating sponge to polish your skin, whilst cleansing, leaving it feeling refreshed and looking radiant. Use daily for a gentle skin boost. Particularly good for use on dry skin that needs to be exfoliated regularly, it leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth.

Directions for use: Apply a small amount of cleansing foam to the Facial Buffer and rub over the face in circular movements.

Tip : Splash your face with warm water. Apply Vitamin E Cream Cleanser to the buffer and smooth over the face and neck. Splash your face with water to remove residue. Use every morning or evening to help remove dead skin cells.

MRP: Rs. 145/-

Pros:

1. Its the best facial exfoliator one can ever use.
2. Does what it claims…exfoliates well to leave skin soft and smooth.
3. Cheap at 145 and lasts really long.
4. Comes with a strap..easy to hold and use..and hang in the bath.

Cons:

1. Feels a little rough at the start..similar to the Bath Gloves…so one can go overboard..its to be used with light hands without any pressure.
2. Its to be washed and dried every 1-2 weeks.

I would suggest using it 2-3 times a week..like alternate days or so….as daily exfoliation might not be good…depends from skin to skin. But these are a must have and my HG for exfoliating face…like the Bath Gloves :))

Rating:

Quality: 5/5
Value for money: 5/5
Availability: 4/5 (Sometimes out of stock)

Overall rating: 4.75/5

Would I buy it again: Yes..forever…:)

Do you have the TBS Facial Buffer ??
