I would like to share a few pics where an MUA had done my makeup..though this was 3.5-4 yrs ago…but she was pretty good and I did like it..
Generally they do not use high end brands..they might have not even heard about YSL, Estee Lauder ,Chanel, Shiseido, Lancome, etc
But they are pretty good at their work and do not even charge exhorbitantly..
If you go to your nearby parlors even they would not have heard of all those brands…but are decent enough at their work..
I had got my makeup done by an MUA during my brother’s engagement and wedding..and 1 of my cousin’s wedding…

    In the engagement pics, I think the makeup for your cousin’s engagement looks lovely. Natural n pretty..

    Wedding makeup is awesome, both on you and your SIL.

    I generally don’t prefer getting it done by an MUA coz for my wedding, she spoilt it all 🙁 Then it took combined efforts of my then to be SIL and my cousin to set things right 🙂

    Have got makeup done from local MUA once arnd 3-4 years back for my cousin’s wedding n reception…they did a pretty decent job

    What you say is so true Bhumika…They have not heard of any big brands but their work is good though 🙂 Saying this from my wedding make-up experience 🙂

    Hey bhumika…let me see if I can find the wedding pic…sadly we were in so much of a hurry for the reception we forgot the camera at home 🙁
