Review: Neev  is a noble venture which provides employment to women in rural areas. The soaps are environment friendly products. The Neem soap bar consists of Neem oil, Basil oil, Coconut oil etc. All the products are natural. That is a great cause for cheer!

Neev also has a Lemongrass handmade soap. So there is a choice for consumers. The Neem ones provide a refreshing feeling after a long days work. Lemongrass on the other hand, a very relaxing, almost lullaby like.

The whole bath place smells vibrant with these soap bars. Some Candles along with these will surely light some hearts!

The soaps are really long lasting. The fragrance lingers on for quite some time after a bath. Since they are natural products, they do not rob the skin of its moisture.

80 Rs for 75 gms of soap bar might be a little on the expensive side, but it is long lasting.

Positives: Noble cause of the manufacturers, Chemical free soaps, refreshing and relaxing
Negatives: A little expensive, the look and feel of the soap does not have the best finishing.

Rating : 7.5/10

Editor’s Note: Sounds nice Shruti..will give Neev soaps a try..

Nyassa Fresh Raspberry Soap Review

Nyassa Fresh Raspberry Soap Review

Fresh Raspberry Handmade Soap

MRP: 100 grams Rs. 200

The essence of sweet summer raspberries, ripe and ready to fall off the vine.

For best results, a rub or two will give excellent lather & the soap will last much longer. Please keep the soap dry between use. For all skin types

Naturally Pampering Ingredients: Soap Base, Essential oil/Fragrance and Colour

Best before 12 months from manufacture/100% Vegetarian

Its a clear soap..with a green base on one side..though thats quite less compared to the pic..

I love the smell !! It smells of real raspberries..

It does foam a lot..you can cut it into pieces and use as required..I like the fact that its not as drying as other soaps..though a little drying..more so if you used to creamy body washes like me..I use the Johnsons..

The only con would be once in contact with water..later even if you store it in a dry place..it keeps on precipitating and melting..I don’t know why..I keep cleaning and drying it..and still every time I see it..its wet all over with small water droplets over it..and this makes it melt and finish off sooner..now I don’t know how to keep it dry..apart from storing it in a dry place..

I also find it a little expensive for 100g..and also since it melts off sooner..

You can even buy it on the Nyassa site online..they have some additional shipping charges depending on the state..its Rs. 50/- for Maharashtra..They are also available on Craftsvilla, Urban Touch and Flipkart..

They have many other soaps like berry, lemon, mogra, rose and cardamom, etc in clear base..and other variants like Honey and Oats Soap and Loofah Soaps…I would love to try more of these..

If you like clear soaps, I did recommend trying this..

My Experience with NaturalMantra.com

My Experience with NaturalMantra.com

About Natural Mantra: NaturalMantra is found by Nishant Nayak..here is his story..
When our daughter was an infant, she developed eczema and the commercial lotions we tried not only didn’t work, but they were filled with chemicals that caused her to have an allergic reaction. So, we began a search for something non-toxic for our daughter’s skin.

After reading many labels and reviews, speaking with pediatricians, other moms, and scouring websites, we finally found an organic, natural solution that helped her. In the process, we educated ourselves and found that – after living in the U.S. for five years and moving back to India – there was not one website or one store that combined natural, organic and eco-friendly products. This was in direct contrast to what we experienced in the United States where we could go into most stores and find natural, organic products sitting on the shelves.

The Natural Mantra Vision

We started Natural Mantra to provide a one-stop shop for parents and eco-conscious shoppers with a wide selection of natural, organic and eco-friendly products.

Why buy natural, organic eco-friendly products when they appear to cost more than seemingly comparable products? Well, the truth is they are not in fact, comparable. Products that are healthier for you, your family and the environment reflect a level of care, research and quality that the other mass-produced products lack. Many people find the organic, eco-friendly products work more effectively and they need to use less because natural products tend to use pure, undiluted and uncontaminated ingredients. Therefore, the little extra spent on natural products turns out to be the better value.

Not only is it a better value, it is an investment in the health of your children, yourselves and the future of our planet. We believe that everyone should have access to safe, healthy, eco-friendly products. Every product you see on NaturalMantra.com is of the highest quality, natural, organic and eco-friendly at a competitive price. At NaturalMantra.com you will find some amazing earth-friendly products. More importantly, this is the comprehensive source for sustainable products that come from passionate sellers for thoughtful shoppers like you.

As a founder, I want you to ‘feel good’ not only about the products you buy but also about your complete customer experience. I would like to welcome you to experience a world of unique, organic, sustainable lifestyle products that will change the way you shop.

Yours in good health and green living and a warm welcome to a sustainable natural living..

So by now…you know what all it is about..its about eco- friendly and natural products sans any toxins, chemicals, parabens and stuff..

Here is what qualifies as ‘Natural’ for them..

They have brands like Omved, Auravedic, OGMama, Neev, Clean Planet, Rustic Art, Soulflower,etc..I got a few mails where people wanted to know where can they buy Auravedic stuff from..Now you can do that online sitting at your home 🙂

They have everything from handmade soaps to natural and chemical free skincare, clothes for yoga, recyclable totes, candles, oils, diffusers according to chakras of body,etc..I quite liked that concept of having an essential oil or candle based on the eight chakras of body.

They have Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1000/- and a flat rate of Rs. 50/- below that. They accept all kinds of payment modes..and also have Cash on Delivery option at Rs. 20/- extra.
They generally use Aramex and like..and deliver in 1-2 days. And the products are packed well in newspapers within a huge box..

Here is what I ordered…

There was also this handwritten Thank you note by Nishant himself..which I found quiet sweet..and I also got a small tea candle as a gift..

Overall I was quite satisfied with the experience..What I feel can get better is the prices..they can offer more discounts too..

Check out the site if you generally use natural eco friendly products or you searching those for your baby.

P.S: I was offered a voucher to shop for but it has not affected my opinion.

I had received this from Meg of Beaute Naturelle along with some other samples..
