You receive a confirmation mail on placing the order and also receive a tracking number..I received the package in a day..and it had thermocol layer on both the sides..

I would suggest that the site navigation be made more user friendly..though its easy to search brands..the shades are not mentioned in the product link..no idea how to select a particular shade…and to increase the number of products of each brand.. I guess since they are relatively new..they would catch up soon..
Overall I did like the site..and the stuff available…for skin care especially it has all the brands..surely worth checking out..
P.S: I got a voucher to shop for but it has not affected my opinion of the site.
