Katrina Kaif wore a black Naeem Khan. Quite flattering for her curves..

Sonakshi Sinha chose a daringly dark dress embellished with gold feather motifs by Falguni and Shane Peacock. I do not like it :/

Priyanka Chopra chose black Roberto Cavalli. Chic

Also wearing Cavalli was Genelia’s D’Souza who went the shimmery route. Nice..Better than Zee Cine Awards.

Sonali Bendre chose a Shahab Durazi ensemble featuring an embroidered sheer top. Gorgeous.

Jacqueline Fernandez drew on her Sri Lankan heritage dressed in a traditional black Kandyan Sri Lankan sari. Love it on her.

Parineeti Chopra  in a black Sabyasachi outfit. I love the lower half with gold work..but the belt and upper part..looks like a tunic..could have been better..

Minissha Lamba in black Neeta Lulla ensemble..I wish the length was shorter or longer..

Aditi Rao Hydari was in princess mode wearing white in a Gauri and Nainika ball gown. Hair, makeup all in place..she looked perfect.

Chitrangada Singh in a white Roberto Cavalli..loved the gown..an hair updo would have have looked better.

Alia Bhatt shunned the gown for a brave, short Gaurav Gupta dress in gold featuring a sculptural shoulder. Stunning.

Deepika Padukone was one of the few who made a statement in a bold colour. Her teal blue lace gown was by Dolce and Gabbana. I love the color !

Ameesha Patel in a black Ramona Narange..quite simple..love that ruby and diamonds necklace..

So Black ruled the red carpet of Colors Screen Awards 2013..I loved Alia Bhatt, Sonali Bendre, Aditi Rao Hydari and Deepika Padukone's outfits the most..even Katrina Kaif's..
